We’ll schedule our timeline meeting about 3 months before your wedding. This gives us plenty of time to finalize the day's flow and make sure every important moment is accounted for. If you have changes closer to the date, we can always make adjustments later. You can expect your engagement photos within 6-8 weeks after the session. I’ll also provide highlight collection within 72 hours so you have some to share and enjoy right away! For your wedding details, gather items like your invitation suite, rings, jewelry, shoes, perfume, and any meaningful heirlooms or personal touches. If you have custom elements, like vow books or a special hanger for your dress, include those too. These small details help tell the story of your day beautifully! A lovely personal touch is saving a few extra flowers from the florist to add in! 

 

When creating your family shot list, include all the essential groupings, such as immediate family, extended family, and any special family combinations you’d like. For example: “Bride with parents, Groom with siblings, Both sets of grandparents with couple.” It’s helpful to keep the list around 10-15 groupings so we can move efficiently after the ceremony. An excel spreadsheet might be your best friend with this task. You'll be thankful we did it on the day of!

Absolutely! If you want to include your pets, just let me know. For the wedding day, I recommend having a designated person to handle your pet when they’re not in photos. Pets add so much personality and fun to your photos!
